At The Pajama Tradition, we want you to love your pajamas as much as we loved making them. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Policy
We happily accept returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are processed as store credit to make it easy to find your perfect fit or style.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused and with original tags attached
Items that don’t meet these conditions may not be eligible for return. If that happens, we’ll get in touch to arrange return of your item.
Please note: Because our pajamas are made to order and crafted in small batches, we’re unable to offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, simply submit a return and repurchase using your store credit.
Processing Times
Please allow 1–2 business days for your return to be processed once received.
How to Start a Return
To start your return, please email us at hello@thepajamatradition.com with your name, order number, and the item(s) you’d like to return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service — The Pajama Tradition is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Store credit will be issued once your item has been received and inspected.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We’re so sorry if your pajamas arrive less than perfect — that’s not the experience we want for you.
Please email hello@thepajamatradition.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
- Your name and order number
- Photos of the fault
We’ll work quickly to make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
For faults discovered later, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. This policy excludes general wear and tear or damage caused by incorrect garment care.
Pre-Order Items
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Pre-orders are made to order and cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.
We always aim to overestimate delivery timelines to avoid disappointment, but occasional production or shipping delays can occur.
We’ll keep you updated if there are any significant changes and will ship your order as soon as it’s ready.
