Returns and Exchanges
At The Pajama Tradition, we want you to love your pajamas as much as we loved creating them. And because we know shopping online can sometimes be tricky, we now offer free returns on all full-priced items.
If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it easy.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns are free and processed as store credit, so you can find the perfect size or style.
Returned items must be:
unworn
unwashed
unused and with original tags attached
Items that don’t meet these conditions may not be eligible. If that happens, we’ll contact you to arrange sending the item back to you.
Exchanges
Because each pair is made to order, we’re unable to offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, simply make a return and reorder using your store credit. This ensures your new pair is freshly made just for you.
Processing Times
Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process your return once it arrives back with us.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@thepajamatradition.com with:
your name
your order number
the item(s) you’d like to return
We’ll then send you a prepaid return label and instructions for sending your item back.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your pajamas arrive with a fault, we’re truly sorry — that’s not the experience we want for you.
Please email hello@thepajamatradition.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
your name and order number
clear photos of the issue
We’ll sort it quickly with a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on what’s appropriate.
If you notice a fault later, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. This excludes general wear and tear or damage caused by incorrect care.
